I am posting this blog today for those who are preparing for the Georgia Business Law Exam (Georgia Business Law Exam or the Exam). As I am writing this blog, Manchester United is playing Burnley Liverpool. United has a difficult task in this match with Manchester United presently at 6th place in the league. Man U has a rich history and is one of the most honored football clubs of the world. Despite their recent performance, Man U continues to be one of the most supported clubs in the world. The club has been sold to American owners and plays its games at Old Trafford Stadium. The team’s last victory was ten days ago against Leicester City and fell short against Newcastle fifteen days ago.

Now Man U comes to the Rescue Manchester United has been severely criticized for its lack of consistent play but has managed to acquire Paul Pogba from Italy and Ibrahimovic from Sweden, giving United the offensive attack needed to win games. The club needs to bring together the different footballing styles, philosophies and approaches of these two different players. To do so, it is important to have and maintain the overall strategy for the club. The team has incorporated many of the old coaches and players that were instrumental to the success of the club in the past into the present model of this new team.

Bringing Strategy to Exam Preparation

A similar strategy should be deployed by students preparing for the Georgia Business Law Exam who seek to be successful in passing the exam. Here are some tips for success to mimic the success of Manchester United’s football strategy:

  1. Analyze the Test: When studying the test, analyze the types of questions that are being asked and compare these to the areas that appear to be tested most often. Make sure you are familiar with the areas that are highlighted most frequently.
  2. Create a Study Guide: Once familiar with the areas of emphasis or the areas that are tested the most often, then create a Study Guide that highlights or emphasizes these areas. Try to use resource materials that summarize the information clearly and concisely. It is important to summarize the most pertinent information and organize the material so that is easy to access.
  3. Use Practice Exams: As I do from time to time with regard to Man U, routinely take Practice Exams. The study guide that has been prepared should help you with preparation for the practice exams.
  4. Seek Help: If there are questions that arise in the practice exams that you may not be clear on, seek help.
  5. Mimic the Professionals: Doing what is necessary for success on the Georgia Business Law Exam takes effort and must be planned. As UFC Coach Javier Mendez said, “It is like a Battle,” you must study the subject and use all of the resources that are available to you, including the Practice Exams that are being offered by JAS Consulting, PLLC.
