TICKETING POLICY AND INFORMATION

As an officially recognised supporters club of Manchester United FC, we are able to offer our paid members access to tickets for home games at Old Trafford across the Premier League season.

Before applying for tickets please make sure you read the information below. If you have any additional questions regarding ticket applications then please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How many tickets are available?

The number of tickets which the club is allocated is determined by the number of paid members as at 31 July.

IMPORTANT CHANGE: Application for games is now 12 weeks before the fixture, So we will have to say 13 weeks to members so we have a week to ensure applications are all processed.

The ratio of members to tickets used to be 1:10 but United have changed it for each A game this year:

A Games

Chelsea
Ratio of 1 ticket per 10 Official Members

Arsenal & Liverpool
Ratio of 1 ticket per 14 Official Members

Man City, Southampton (likely a Saturday game) and West Ham (last game)
Ratio of 1 ticket per 16 Official Members

We appreciate that some of this information may be confusing but the main points are that they have doubled the application time from 6 weeks before a game to 12 weeks so if you are going to a game this year just put your application in as early as possible.

Any queries regard ticket allocation, particularly for A games do not hesitate to ask us.

Am I guaranteed a ticket if I am a paid member?

While it is extremely rare that the club has had to turn down an application for tickets from paid members, we are mindful that we only receive a limited allocation, particularly for Category A games and as such we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests.

Our first priority for ticket requests is to renewing members who have paid prior to the 31 July cut-off date. This is due to the fact that keeping our loyal members is crucial to BMUSC maintaining its status as an official supporters club (and as such having access to purchase match-day tickets at Old Trafford).

Renewing members are required to notify the club by the relevant date (see below) if they wish to register their interest in acquiring tickets. If the allocation of tickets has not been exhausted at this point then remaining tickets will be made available to all BMUSC members.

When do I need to apply for tickets by?

  • Category A games – ticket requests must be submitted at least 13 weeks in advance.
  • Category B games – ticket requests must be submitted at least 13 weeks in advance.

When will I know if my ticket application has been successful?

Generally we receive the confirmation and seat details 2-3 weeks before the fixture, for both categories A and B.

For Category A games, the club must go through an assessment process of all applications and check if all available tickets have been allocated so this can sometimes take a little while to resolve.

How much are tickets purchased through BMUSC and how do I pay for them?

Tickets purchased via the club are priced at face value.

BMUSC has a set fee for match day tickets of $90 (which takes into account foregin exchange rates and transfer fees).

Once your application has been approved you will be contacted directly by BMUSC with account details for payment to be made to..

How do I collect my tickets?

Your One United membership card acts as your ticket. This ensures that only paid members have access to tickets via official supporters clubs.

On the day you can simply scan the barcode on the back of your card at the turnstile entry into Old Trafford.
